<> Represented a New York-based Developer on a $8,800,000 Construction loan covering multiple lots. Despite a title defect on one of the lots, structured the loan in a way to  safeguard the Lender’s interest and the comfort it needed to  close the transaction for the Developer.

<> Represented a Purchaser on a $2,800,000 acquisition of a commercial property from a Non-Profit Corporation in  Active Bankruptcy. Worked hand-in-hand with Seller counsel, Bankruptcy counsel, and Creditor counsel to close the deal in a timely manner.

<> Represented an active Group on a $2,200,000 CEMA Refinance. Due the time sensitive nature of the deal, this firm coordinated with the Lenders to expedite closing. We helped to close the loan 5 days after loan commitment.


<> Advised a Real estate group on a Joint Venture agreement with an oversees Investor for the acquisition of multiple properties with a transaction dollar amount in excess of  $100,000,000. 

<> Represented a New York-based Developer on a $3,300,000 Bridge Loan. Coordinated with Assigning Lender and Purchaser counsel to sever the existing  blanket mortgage so that a portion of the portfolio can be sold simultaneously with the Bridge Loan.  

<> Advised a Developer on an 11,000,000 acquisition of a development site in Brooklyn, NY.

<> Represented a private company on a $12,850,000 refinance on their corporate headquarters.


<> Represented a Borrower on a $16,000,000 refinance 

<> Represented a Seller on a $18,500,000 sale.

<> Represented a Borrower on a $10,750,000 refinance.

<> Represented a Purchaser on a $99,000,000 purchase of a multifamily property
