The practice is led by Chaim C. Zlotowitz, Esq., an attorney licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

 

With more than a decade of legal experience, Chaim has guided clients through thousands of real estate transactions, representing a wide spectrum of parties from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors and regularly providing  opinion letters in connection with financing.

 

Prior to founding the firm, Chaim served as Counsel to a nationally recognized title insurance agency, where he worked extensively on complex real estate transactions
