Represented a New York-based Developer on a $8,800,000 Construction loan covering multiple lots. Despite a title defect on one of the lots, structured the loan in a way to safeguard the Lender’s interest and the comfort it needed to close the transaction for the Developer
Acted as Special Real Estate Counsel to Lender on a $15,000,000 Mortgage Loan for the acquisition of an energy facility
Advised a New York Developer on a $3,300,000 Bridge Loan. Collaborated with Assigning Lender and Purchaser's counsel to sever an existing blanket mortgage, enabling simultaneous portfolio sales with the loan closing
Represented a Family Office on a $18,500,000 sale of a multi-family Property
Represented a Purchaser on a $2,800,000 acquisition of a commercial property from a Non-Profit Corporation in Active Bankruptcy. Worked hand-in-hand with Seller counsel, Bankruptcy counsel, and Creditor counsel to close the deal in a timely manner
Represented a JV Partner in a $40,000,000 sale. Navigated complexities of the other partner's active receivership and coordinated 721(a) and 1031 exchanges
Advised a local operator on a Joint Venture agreement with a foreign Investment fund for the acquisition of multiple properties with a transaction dollar amount in excess of $250,000,000
