The Firm represents Purchasers, Investors, Sellers, Borrowers, and Lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

The Firm also represents individuals in buying or selling residential property. Many of our residential clients are first time homebuyers. 

The Firm also acts as special or local counsel to operators and other Law Firms for purposes of drafting real estate security documents and Borrower Opinion Letters including New York choice of law opinions.
